How do I book a session?
Simply fill out the inquiry form on my website. Once I receive your message, I'll get back to you within 24–48 hours to chat about your session, answer any questions, and secure your date.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can be held outdoors at a beautiful local location, in your home for a cozy lifestyle session, or at a location that is meaningful to you. I'm always happy to recommend some of my favourite spots!
How long does a session last?
Most sessions last between 45–60 minutes, while weddings and specialty sessions vary depending on your chosen package.
When will I receive my gallery?
Lifestyle, family, maternity, and couple galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Wedding galleries may take 6–8 weeks, depending on the season.
Do you travel?
Yes! I proudly serve Alliston and surrounding areas. Travel beyond my included service area may require a small travel fee, which will always be discussed before booking.
Can we bring our pets?
Absolutely! Pets are family too, and I'd love to include them in your session. Just let me know ahead of time so we can choose a pet-friendly location.
What types of sessions do you offer?
I currently offer lifestyle, family, maternity, couples, engagement, and intimate wedding photography throughout Alliston and the surrounding areas.
What should we wear?
After booking, we can discuss the look you are going for.
Neutral, earthy tones and coordinating (rather than matching) outfits photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your connection.
How many photos will we receive?
Every gallery is carefully curated, so the number of images varies depending on your session. You'll receive a beautiful collection of fully edited, high-resolution images with no need to choose favourites.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, we'll keep an eye on the weather leading up to your session. If conditions aren't ideal, we'll happily reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your session or wedding.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Of course! I love seeing your memories shared. I simply ask that you don't apply additional filters or heavy edits and that you tag Steiner & Co. whenever possible.
